LaShone Manning



I grew up in Jersey City New Jersey. My Grandmother was from the south, and she was an extraordinary cook never afraid to cook anything. Those triats passed down to my mother and to me. I enjoy the creation of food. Food facinates me.to where I continued my education at Le Cordon Bleu graduated Cum Laude with one of rhe biggest class to graduate in May of 2008 I was a restaurant manager for over seven years but did a little catering on the side. I was always getting order for my amazing cakes. I started catering under Diamond's Creation and realize my passion is to open a restaurant and have a food truck and now I am starting to live my dream.
